Wholesale & Contract Printing
Wholesale DTF transfers.
Ready-to-press DTF transfers produced for print shops, embroiderers, decorators, and resellers. Volume pricing, gang sheet layouts, artwork kept on file for reorders, and blind shipping nationwide from our East Tennessee production floor.
Capacity expanding October 2026 — a large commercial DTF printer is on order and will be running by October 2026, adding significant headroom for wholesale and standing orders.

Built for shops that resell
Tiered volume pricing
Cost per transfer drops as the run grows. Standing weekly or monthly orders get our best number, quoted once and held for repeat work.
Blind / white-label shipping
We can ship straight to your customer with no D&D branding on the packing slip, so the order looks like it came from your shop.
Artwork on file
Approved files stay in our system. Reorders skip proofing and drop straight into the print queue at your established rate.
Gang sheet layouts
Send a list of designs and sizes and we'll nest them to fill the sheet — best cost per print for mixed-customer runs.
In-house production
We own the printers and control the schedule, so your date doesn't depend on somebody else's queue.
One point of contact
You talk to the people running the machines. No ticket system, no account rep relaying questions.

Who we print for
Print shops
Screen printers who don't want to burn screens for a 12-piece order, and shops covering overflow when their own equipment is tied up.
Embroidery shops
Add printed apparel to your offering without buying a printer, a curing setup, or the floor space either one needs.
Promotional product distributors
Full-color decoration for apparel programs, event merch, and company store fulfillment.
Online sellers and brands
Transfers pressed on demand for Etsy, Shopify, and boutique inventory — order what you need, restock the sellers.
How a wholesale order runs
Send the run
Artwork, finished print sizes, and quantities. A spreadsheet is fine — so is a folder of PNGs.
Get a quote
We come back with a per-transfer number and a firm ship date based on the size of the run.
Approve the proof
We send a layout proof before anything prints. Approved artwork is saved for reorders.
Print and ship
Transfers ship flat, nationwide — to you or blind to your customer.
Before You Inquire
Wholesale eligibility checklist
Run through these three items before you send the form. If you can check them off, we can usually quote the same business day.
Minimums

- Reseller, decorator, or print shop — not one-off retail
- Roughly 100+ transfers a month to unlock tiered wholesale rates

Lead times
- Quote back within one business day of a complete inquiry
- Production 2–3 business days after proof approval

Artwork requirements
- PNG with a transparent background, or vector AI / EPS / PDF / SVG
- 300 DPI at the finished print size
- Finished print dimensions listed for every design
- Fonts outlined; no low-res screenshots or web-pulled images

Not sure whether your run qualifies? Send it anyway — we'll tell you straight.
Wholesale Inquiry
Set up a wholesale account
Tell us roughly what you run in a month — number of transfers, typical sizes, how often you reorder — and we'll quote a tiered rate you can build your own pricing around. No setup fees, no screen charges, no color limits at any quantity.
Local shops can pick up in Jefferson City (Knoxville area) or Johnson City by appointment. Everyone else ships flat, nationwide.

Wholesale questions
Do you sell DTF transfers wholesale to other shops?
Yes. A large share of our transfer volume is produced for other print shops, embroiderers, and decorators who resell or press them for their own customers. You send artwork and quantities, we print and ship.
Is there a minimum for wholesale orders?
There is no minimum to place an order, but wholesale pricing is built around volume — cost per transfer drops as the run grows, and standing weekly or monthly orders get the best number.
What is the lead time on a wholesale DTF order?
Lead time depends on sheet count and where the queue stands when your files land. You get a firm ship or pickup date with your quote before we print, and we tell you up front if a deadline isn't realistic instead of missing it.
Can you handle rush and standing weekly orders?
Yes. Rush jobs are worked in when the queue allows, and reseller accounts on a standing weekly or monthly schedule get a reserved slot so lead time stays predictable.
How do you ship wholesale transfers, and how fast?
Transfers ship flat and protected via USPS or UPS with tracking on every order, anywhere in the U.S. Expedited service is available when a deadline is tight, and shipping is quoted with the order.
Can I pick up instead of paying shipping?
Yes. Pickup is free at either studio — 222 Tom Franklin Rd in Jefferson City or 2514 Old Lewis Road in Johnson City — by appointment.
Can you ship blind or white-label to my customer?
Yes. We can ship transfers directly to your customer without our branding on the packing slip. Tell us at quote time and we'll set the order up that way.
How do I get repeat pricing on the same design?
Approved artwork stays on file. Reorders skip the proofing round and go straight into the print queue at your established rate.
What artwork do you need from a reseller?
Print-ready PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, or vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). Send a gang sheet layout if you have one; otherwise we lay it out to maximize the sheet.
How much do wholesale DTF transfers cost?
Pricing is quoted by the run rather than a flat per-transfer rate, because cost depends on total print area, quantity, and how often you order. Send your sizes and monthly volume through the inquiry form and you get a real wholesale number back, not a range.
Are your transfers hot peel or cold peel?
We print cold peel film as the default because it holds fine detail and small text better on production runs. Hot peel is available on request when your press workflow needs the faster turn.
What press settings do your transfers need?
Most orders press at roughly 300-320°F for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure, then a cold peel and a short second press under parchment. Exact settings ship with every order because they shift by garment and film.
What fabrics do DTF transfers work on?
Cotton, polyester, blends, tri-blends, canvas, fleece, and most performance fabrics. That coverage is why resellers use DTF for mixed-garment orders where screen printing would need separate setups.
Can I order a sample pack before committing to volume?
Yes. We run a small paid sample so you can wash-test the film and check hand feel on your own blanks before moving your regular volume over.
Do you offer reseller accounts or terms?
Yes. Shops on a steady schedule can be set up as a reseller account with locked pricing, priority queue placement, and invoicing instead of paying per order up front.
How much capacity do you have?
Transfers are printed in-house on our own equipment, and a large commercial DTF printer arrives in October 2026 that significantly expands high-volume and wholesale capacity.
