Orders ship flat and ready to press anywhere in the country. Most East Tennessee addresses land in one to two days once the order leaves the shop.
Sizes and gang sheets

From small left-chest marks to oversized full-front and full-back prints — tell us the finished width and we lay it out.
Gang sheets
Fill one gang sheet with as many designs as fit — left chest logos, sleeve hits, names and numbers — and cut them apart as you press. Best cost per print.
Single designs
Need one shirt? We print one transfer just as readily as five hundred. No minimum, no setup fees, no screen charges.
Artwork specs
File format
PNG with a transparent background, or vector art (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). Flattened JPGs with a white box behind the art will print that box.
Resolution
300 DPI at final print size. Small web images scaled up will look soft on the garment.
Sizing
Tell us the finished width in inches — 3-4" for left chest, 10-12" for a standard front, larger for full-back prints.
Colors
Full CMYK plus white underbase. Gradients, photos, and fine detail all print — no color count limits and no separations needed.
How to press them
Every order ships with a printed press card. These are the settings we use in the shop as a starting point — always test one piece before running a full batch, since presses and blanks vary.
Pre-press the garment
5 seconds to flatten the fabric and drive out moisture. Wrinkles and damp fibers are the top cause of a print that won't stick.
Press the transfer
Around 300–320°F for 10–15 seconds with medium-firm pressure, printed side down. Lower and slower on heat-sensitive poly.
Peel the film
Follow the peel noted on your press card — most of our film peels warm. Peeling too early lifts ink; if it does, lay it back down and press a few more seconds.
Finish it
Cover with parchment or a Teflon sheet and press again for 5–10 seconds. This sets the print, softens the hand, and improves wash durability.
Don't own a press? Bring your blanks to either location and we'll press them for you, or let us source the garments and hand back finished pieces.
What you can press them on
DTF sticks to far more than cotton, which is the main reason it has replaced screen printing for short runs and mixed-blank orders.
Cotton & blends
Works
100% cotton, 50/50, and tri-blend tees, hoodies, and crewnecks. The most common blank we press.
Polyester & performance
Works
Dri-fit, jerseys, and athletic wear. We drop the temperature and lengthen the dwell to avoid scorching or dye migration.
Canvas & duck cloth
Works
Tote bags, aprons, work jackets, and shop rags. Heavier fabric usually needs a couple extra seconds.
Fleece & sweatshirts
Works
Press flat and hard — a pillow or firm pad helps on thick seams and hoodie pockets.
Denim & twill
Works
Jackets, caps, and work shirts. Great for back prints and patch-style graphics.
Nylon & waterproof shells
Test first
Coated nylon and rain shells can be heat sensitive. Send us one to test before you commit a full order.
Heavy texture & ribbing
Test first
Deep waffle knits, heavy ribbing, and towel loops don't give the film a flat surface to bond to.
Leather & hard goods
Not suitable
For leather patches, tumblers, and hard surfaces we use laser engraving or embroidery instead.

Color and wash durability
A transfer is only worth what it looks like after twenty washes. Here is what we do on our end, and what to do on yours, so the print outlives the shirt.
White underbase
Every print is laid over a white underbase, so brand colors read the same on a black hoodie as they do on an ash tee — no washed-out reds or muddy navies.
Adhesive coverage
Powder is applied and cured across the full print, edges included. Thin or skipped edges are the number one reason cheap transfers lift at the corners after a few washes.
Post-press matters
The 5–10 second second press after peeling is not optional. It bonds the adhesive into the fibers, knocks down the sheen, and is the single biggest factor in wash life.
Stretch and recovery
The film flexes with the garment, so prints on performance wear and joggers move instead of cracking along fold lines.
Wash instructions
Cold water, inside out, tumble low. No bleach, no fabric softener, and keep a hot iron off the print directly.
Test before you commit
Order a sample, press it, and run it through five washes before you buy a case of blanks. We would rather you prove it than take our word for it.

Transfers are printed in-house, so we control the schedule. Most orders move quickly and we confirm a firm date with your quote based on order size and where you land in the queue. Pricing is quoted per order — the more transfers in the run, the lower the cost per transfer — and there are no setup, screen, or color charges at any quantity.

What is a DTF transfer?
Direct-to-film (DTF) is a full-color print laid onto transfer film with a powdered adhesive backing. You heat press it onto cotton, poly, blends, canvas, and most other fabrics — no weeding, no color limits, no screens.
What sizes can you print?
Anything from a small left-chest mark to an oversized full-front or full-back print. Tell us the finished width in inches and we handle the layout.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. We print single transfers as well as high-volume runs, and cost per transfer drops as the order grows.
What artwork do you need?
Send print-ready PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, or vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). We can clean up or redraw artwork if what you have isn't press ready.
How do I press them?
Press at roughly 300-315°F for 10-15 seconds with medium pressure, peel warm or cold depending on the film, then finish with a short second press.
How fast is turnaround?
Most transfer orders are printed and out the door quickly; we confirm an exact date with your quote based on order size and current queue.

How many washes will a DTF print survive?
Pressed and post-pressed correctly, DTF holds up through repeated home laundering without cracking or peeling. Wash cold, inside out, and tumble low; skip bleach, fabric softener, and hot commercial dryers to keep the print looking new the longest.
