Our Story

Built from a need.
Grown by demand.

I'm Levi Duhon. I'm 44, and I've had an entrepreneurial spark for as long as I can remember. D&D Creative Co. didn't begin as a business plan — it began as a problem we couldn't solve any other way.

Our Johnson City location needed leather patches, and no matter where we looked, we couldn't find a supplier we could count on. Lead times slipped. Quality changed from run to run. And every time it did, our customers were the ones left waiting on us.

In August of 2025, we stopped waiting. D&D Creative Co. was formed to bring that work in-house — producing high-quality leather patches and custom engraved tumblers ourselves, work that had always been outsourced before. One addition changed everything: we became fully integrated and independent, in control of our own timelines, our own quality, and our own promises to customers.

Then came the DTF demand.

Not long after, we saw the same pattern repeat with DTF. Demand for full-color transfers was growing faster than anyone locally could keep up with, so in 2026 we purchased our first DTF printer. The results were immediate: transfers produced in-house, on our schedule, with color and durability we could stand behind — and at a cost that made sense for our customers.

It didn't take long to realize that capability could serve a lot more than our own orders. I began supplying transfers to other print shops — shops facing the exact sourcing problem we'd faced a year earlier — and that side of the business took off. A large commercial machine is on order and expected in October of 2026, which will significantly expand our wholesale and high-volume capacity across the region.

At every step, our answer has been the same: bring the capability in-house rather than outsource it. Today that means custom DTF transfers and gang sheets, laser-engraved tumblers and drinkware, embossed and stitched leather patches, custom embroidery on hats, polos and jackets, embroidered patches finished with merrowed borders, screen printing, direct-to-garment printing, and laser engraving on leather, wood and finished goods — produced under our own roof in Jefferson City and Johnson City, Tennessee.

What that means for you is simple: one shop, one point of contact, and real answers on timelines because nothing is sitting in someone else's queue. Whether you need fifty transfers or five thousand pieces decorated on a deadline, you're working directly with the people producing your order.

We're excited to keep growing — and I genuinely can't wait to help your business succeed.
