DTF · Volume runs
Bulk DTF transfers.
Large runs printed in-house on our own equipment, priced by print area so the cost per transfer falls as the order grows. Mix designs, mix sizes, gang the whole thing onto one run — you pay for ink and film, not for empty space.

Why volume changes the math
Priced by area, not by piece
DTF has no screens and no per-color setup. The only real inputs are ink and film, so a tightly nested bulk layout is genuinely cheaper per transfer than the same designs run separately.
Mixed designs cost the same
Twenty different designs and one design repeated twenty times price out identically at the same total area. Full-color art, photos, and gradients carry no upcharge.
One press setup, one color standard
The whole run prints from the same file at the same settings, so the last transfer matches the first. Splitting a big order across weeks is what causes color drift, not volume.

Who orders in bulk
Schools & athletics
Spirit wear, team stores, booster fundraisers, and tournament merch — usually many designs and a wide size range in one order.
Companies & uniform rollouts
One logo across every department, pressed onto tees, hoodies, and hi-vis at the same time so the whole staff turns over at once.
Events & festivals
Merch printed ahead of the gate, plus a backup batch of the top seller so you don't run out on day two.
Churches & nonprofits
Camp shirts, volunteer tees, and annual event runs where the budget matters more than the piece count.
Online sellers
Inventory printed ahead of a drop instead of on demand, at a fraction of the per-unit cost.
How a bulk order runs
1 · Send sizes and counts
List your designs, the finished size of each, and how many of each you need. A rough list is enough to price it.
2 · We lay out the run
Your artwork is nested onto the film to squeeze out dead space, and you get a firm number and a date back.
3 · Print and check
The run prints from one file at one setting, and we pull sheets through production to confirm color and registration hold.
4 · Ship or press
Transfers ship flat with tracking, or we press them onto blanks we source and hand you finished garments instead.
Bulk or wholesale?
Bulk
A large single run for your own use — an event, a season, a company rollout. Volume pricing applies immediately, with no account setup and no ongoing commitment.
Price a bulk run →Wholesale
An ongoing reseller account for print shops and decorators — standing weekly or monthly volume, reserved production slots, blind and white-label shipping to your customers.
Wholesale DTF transfers →Common questions
What counts as a bulk DTF order?
Anything past a couple dozen transfers starts earning volume pricing, and the curve keeps improving from there. Large events, uniform rollouts, and full merch drops are where the per-transfer cost drops the most.
How does bulk pricing actually work?
DTF is priced by print area, not by piece. A bulk run costs less per transfer because we nest your designs tightly on the film and you pay for ink and film rather than empty space. Send sizes and quantities and you get a real number back.
Can I mix different designs in one bulk order?
Yes, and you should. Multiple designs, sizes, and even multiple customers' artwork can be ganged onto the same run. Mixing designs does not raise the price — total print area is what matters.
How fast can a large run be produced?
Bulk runs are scheduled rather than queued behind small jobs, so a large order often turns faster per piece than a handful of one-offs. You get a firm ship or pickup date with your quote before we print.
Do bulk transfers ship nationwide?
Yes. Transfers ship flat and protected via USPS or UPS with tracking, anywhere in the U.S. Pickup is free at our Jefferson City or Johnson City studio by appointment.
What artwork do you need for a bulk order?
Print-ready PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI, or vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). Send a gang sheet layout if you have one; otherwise we lay everything out to maximize the film.
Do you store artwork for reorders?
Yes. Approved files stay on file, so a repeat bulk run skips proofing and goes straight into the print queue at your established rate.
Can you press the transfers onto garments too?
Yes. We can supply pressed garments instead of loose transfers — we source the blanks, press the run, and deliver finished shirts. Tell us at quote time which way you want it.
Is bulk the same thing as wholesale?
Not quite. Bulk pricing applies to any large single run — a school, a company rollout, an event. Wholesale is an ongoing reseller account with standing volume, blind shipping, and reserved production slots.
Will quality drop on a big run?
No. Every sheet in the run prints from the same file at the same settings, and color is consistent start to finish. That consistency is the reason large orders are worth batching rather than splitting across weeks.
