Drinkware we engrave

20 oz & 30 oz tumblers

The everyday insulated tumbler. A wide, flat engraving area that carries a full logo or a monogram cleanly, and the most-requested size for gifting sets.

40 oz handled tumblers

The big travel cup. More real estate on the wrap, room for a logo plus a name, and popular for teams and personalized gifts.

Mugs & water bottles

Travel mugs, camp-style mugs, and stainless bottles. Narrower curve, so artwork is scaled and placed to sit square on the surface.

Bring your own brand-name drinkware

Already have the cups? Ship or drop off YETI, Stanley, Hydro Flask, Owala, Simple Modern, RTIC, Swig, or any other powder-coated stainless drinkware and we'll engrave your logo straight through the coating to the steel underneath. We are not affiliated with those brands — we simply decorate the drinkware you supply. If you'd rather we source the blanks, we stock unbranded insulated tumblers that engrave just as cleanly at a lower per-unit cost.

Send one spare with any customer-supplied batch. Lids, straws, and gaskets should stay off the cups when they arrive.

Logo placement

Front and center

Standard placement, centered on the wall opposite the seam or handle. Best for a single logo lockup.

Wrap-around

Artwork continues around the body as the cup rotates on the rotary. Good for repeating patterns, long names, and rosters.

Logo front, name back

Company mark on one side, employee or recipient name 180° opposite. The most common corporate gift setup.

Handle-relative

On handled 40 oz cups we place artwork square to the handle, so the logo faces forward when it's held.

Bottom mark

Small maker's mark, date, or serial number on the base — useful for numbered event runs.

Lid and accessory marks

Straw toppers and lids can be engraved separately when the material allows.

Materials, colors, and finish

Engraving burns through the powder coat and exposes the stainless underneath, so the finished mark reads as bright silver against the cup color. Darker coatings give the strongest contrast; white and pastel cups produce a softer, more subtle mark.

  • Powder-coated stainless

The ideal surface. Crisp edges, high contrast, and permanent — this is what most insulated drinkware is.

  • Contrast by color

Black, navy, forest, and charcoal cups show the most contrast. Lighter colors still engrave well, just quieter.

  • One-tone artwork

Engraving has no color. Logos are converted to a single-tone mark, and fine gradients or thin hairlines are simplified so they hold at cup size.

Personalization examples

Company logo sets

One logo engraved across a full order for staff, clients, or closing gifts. Uniform placement so the set photographs and stacks clean.

Names & monograms

Individual first names, initials, or a monogram on each cup in the run — common for wedding parties, teams, and teacher gifts.

Dates, quotes & call signs

Wedding dates, anniversaries, jersey numbers, unit or department names, short quotes, and coordinates wrapped around the cup.

Bulk, team, and corporate orders

Engraving setup is a one-time step per design, so per-cup cost drops as the quantity goes up. Mixed orders are fine — same logo on every cup, different names on each, or a combination of both. Reorders run from the same file, so a second batch matches the first.

Send the drinkware size, quantity, artwork, and any personalization list, and we'll come back with a firm number and a date. We also engrave wood, leather, acrylic, and slate if the gift set needs more than cups.

Common questions

Does laser engraving wash off?

No. Engraving removes the powder coat down to the steel underneath, so the mark is part of the cup. There is nothing printed on top to peel, fade, or scratch away.

Are engraved tumblers dishwasher safe?

The engraving is permanent, but insulated stainless drinkware in general lasts longer with a hand wash. Dishwasher heat is harder on the seal and the powder coat than it is on the engraving.

What sizes do you engrave?

The common insulated sizes — 20 oz and 30 oz tumblers, 40 oz handled tumblers, travel mugs, and stainless water bottles. If you have a specific brand or style in mind, tell us and we'll confirm it will run.

Can I supply my own tumblers?

Yes, as long as they're powder-coated stainless. Uncoated, painted, or plastic cups don't engrave the same way, so send the brand and finish before you ship them over.

What artwork do you need?

Vector art (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is best. High-resolution PNG works for most logos. Engraving is single-color by nature, so full-color art gets converted to a clean one-tone mark.

Do you do bulk and team orders?

Regularly — corporate gifts, wedding parties, teams, closings, and employee appreciation runs. We can engrave the same logo across the set or personalize each cup with a different name.
