Full-grain hide

We use full-grain leather rather than bonded or faux material, so the patch darkens and patinas with wear instead of cracking or peeling.

Laser-engraved detail

Logos are laser-engraved for crisp edges and fine type, or embossed/debossed when you want a deeper, tooled look.

Stitched, not glued

Every patch is sewn onto the cap with an even edge stitch — heat-pressed patches lift over time; stitched patches don't.

The default leather patch hat. Structured front, mesh back, snapback closure, and the widest color selection of anything we stock.

Printed & low profile

Camo, heather, and printed-front variations of the 112, plus a lower-profile fit for smaller heads.

Unstructured dad hats

Soft front · relaxed

Washed cotton twill with a buckle or slide closure. Best for retail and lifestyle brands; the patch sits softer on the panel.

Rope hats

Structured · foam front

Braided rope across the bill, high foam front — the outdoor and ranch look. Big patches show well on these.

One hat is a real order here. Single caps for gifts, samples, and bridal parties run alongside our production work.

Best value from a dozen up

Per-hat cost drops noticeably once we're cutting and stitching a batch of the same patch — a dozen is where most teams and crews land.

Customer-supplied caps welcome

Ship us your blanks and we'll patch them. We'll ask for one spare in case a cap is damaged in production.

Bulk team and brand orders

Most of what leaves our floor is a run — league teams, construction and trades crews, churches, breweries, realtors, and outfitters ordering dozens to hundreds of hats. Pricing is quoted per order based on quantity, cap style, and patch size, so the more hats in the run, the lower the per-hat cost. Send the details and we'll come back with a firm number.
