Custom embroidered hats.
Clean, flat satin stitching on the cap styles people actually wear — truckers, snapbacks, dad hats, beanies, and rope caps. Your logo is digitized properly, stitched in-house, and finished so it holds its shape wash after wash.

Cap styles we embroider
Structured & trucker
A firm front panel holds a logo flat and square — the easiest canvas for a bold, legible mark and the most popular choice for company hats.
Unstructured & dad hats
A soft crown that molds to the wearer. Great for relaxed brand hats; designs stay a little simpler because the panel flexes.
Beanies & rope caps
Knit beanies take a cuffed or flat-front stitch, and rope caps add a classic finish above the brim without changing the logo area.

Logo placement
Front center
The primary spot. Full logo, wordmark, or crest — the largest usable area on the hat and the one people read first.
Left or right panel
An offset mark with a quieter, more tailored look. Common for brands that want the logo present without dominating the cap.
Side panel
A small icon, year, or initials beside the front logo. Adds a second hit without crowding.
Back strap or closure
A short wordmark, city, or web address above the adjuster. Best kept to a few characters.
Artwork and digitizing
Send your files
Vector art is ideal (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF); a high-resolution PNG works as well. Include your thread color preferences if you have brand colors to match.
We digitize it
Your logo is rebuilt as stitch paths with proper underlay, density, and pull compensation for a curved cap panel. This is a one-time step per design.
Stitch count matters
More detail means more stitches, and stitch count drives cost more than hat count does. We'll flag anything that will crowd at cap size before we run it.
Direct embroidery or a patch?
Direct embroidery stitches your logo straight into the cap panel — the cleanest, most classic finish, and the right call for most wordmarks and simple marks.
A patch is the better answer when the artwork is detailed, multi-color, or needs a hard edge. Embroidered patches with a merrowed border and laser-engraved leather patches both sew onto the same hats, and they carry fine detail that thread alone can't hold at cap size.

Team, business, and event orders
Crew hats, uniform caps, church and school groups, tournaments, fundraisers, and merch runs — we handle the whole order, from sourcing blanks to a matched set of finished hats. Digitizing is done once, so reorders stitch out identical to the first batch. Tell us the cap style, quantity, and where the logo goes, and we'll come back with a firm number and a date.

How long does an embroidered hat order take?
Turnaround depends on cap sourcing, stitch count, and where your run lands in the queue. We confirm a firm date with your quote before anything goes on the machine.
Is there a minimum order?
We stitch single hats as well as full team and company runs. Larger runs bring the per-hat cost down, since digitizing is a one-time step.
Can I supply my own hats?
Yes. Send us the caps you already have and we'll embroider them. Let us know the brand and style up front so we can confirm the crown and panel construction will run cleanly.
What artwork do you need?
Vector art (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is ideal. A high-resolution PNG works too. We convert your logo into a stitch file before production so the machine knows every needle path.
What is digitizing?
Embroidery machines don't read images — they read stitch paths. Digitizing is the step where your logo is rebuilt as stitches, with the right density, underlay, and pull compensation for a curved cap front.
How small can a logo be embroidered?
Thread has a physical limit. Fine lines, tiny text, and thin gradients close up when stitched, so we simplify small details or recommend a patch when the design is too intricate for direct stitching.
